It has always been Scottish Rugby Hospitality’s main priority to look after our guest and staff’s wellbeing. 

In today’s difficult times we know that there are further precautionary measures that need to be taken to both protect and offer peace of mind. We are closely following Scottish Government guidelines and will continue to take the necessary actions in order to keep your events safe. These measures will evolve and change over time and we will continue to update our offering as necessary in order to look after both you and our teams.

We are working with our suppliers to provide the very best that technology can offer.  We have designed ready-to-go hybrid packages to help make planning that little bit easier.  This will allow you to continue to hold your meetings and conferences no matter where your delegates are in the world! They can all come together at Scottish Gas Murrayfield.

We can also deliver premium hampers and delegate lunches throughout Edinburgh and Glasgow to keep your delegates refreshed through the day.

Our partner AV specialists Cameron’s are on hand to help our clients find new solutions to support hybrid events as we understand that hybrid meetings and events are fast becoming the ‘new normal’. 


A bento box style food service will be introduced for larger events in order to enable guests to maintain social distancing with ease.

Our nutritious catering will be packed into individual portions in hygienic kitchens.

All cutlery, condiments and confectionery will be individually wrapped where possible.

We will replace large bottles of water with individual bottles and offer refill stations throughout the day.

Refreshments such as tea and coffee will be served by specifically trained staff to guests.


We will introduce hand sanitiser stations at each touch and entry point to the meeting areas.

Wipe stations will be available for guests to wipe down phones, laptops etc.

An enhanced cleaning schedule will be implemented throughout the stadium with meeting areas hygienically cleaned in between breaks and separate speaker microphones.

We are proud of our PASS food rating and our kitchen will continue to exercise increased levels of hygiene practices.


A people movement strategy will be in place, enabling a one-way system with separate entries and exits, demonstrated by signage together with hand sanitiser on arrival.

We will encourage social distancing through the use of signage.

Training will be undertaken by all of our staff on social distancing and our increased hygiene measures.

Appropriate face coverings and disposable gloves will be worn by our staff.
